Interview with Swiss Managing Director Romeo Luraschi
On the road for perfect service
Since December 2022, Romeo Luraschi has been the new CEO of Dussmann Switzerland. We met him at the headquarters in Zurich and asked him three questions:
You have long experience as a leader in the FM industry - what inspires you about your job?
In our industry, every day is a new adventure, and it inspires me to actively search for solutions for our customers as part of a team. I always strive for long-term, sustainable, and reliable partnerships with the goal of satisfying our business partners through excellent service and providing them with integral facility management support. All in line with the Dussmann motto: We care for more!
When you're not leading our Swiss team, how do you spend your free time?
I love my job and spend a lot of time with our customers and in the office. That's why it's important for me to create a balance in my private life. For me, this primarily includes spending time with my family and good friends - for example, eating together and philosophizing about life! In addition, I run and swim and do strength training to clear my mind. Or I treat myself to a break by riding my Harley or watching FC Zurich live in the stadium as a soccer fan.
And last but not least: How do you actually pronounce your last name?Luraschi is a name from the Mendrisiotto region in Italian-speaking Switzerland. Therefore, the "sch" is pronounced as "sg" in Italian.
